Gaming was not my thing!

Gaming was not my thing! I have never been a "gamer." Finding time to sit at a computer or on my cell phone and play games hasn't been a priorty.    I love Vegas. I love playing slot machines if I can win bonus rounds even better.  I don't play to win; I like to be entertained.   December 2017, I found myself living in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Chandler Regional Hospital.  My best friend, my ride or die, the ying to my yang, Christa Hobart, was fighting for her life, a battle she ultimate lost. I often daydream about what it would be like to win the "Big Lotto." I would purchase a huge plot of land.  I would provide my community with a place for families and children to learn how to take care of the earth.  A place where vegetables are grown...

Why Home Buyers Need a  REALTOR®  Do you know that Home Buyers don't pay a commission?  It's Saturday morning, and an open house ad pops up on Facebook. The ad shows a picture-perfect home with two cats in the front yard. The caption reads, "Stop Renting – Start Owning." As you flip through the photos, you are getting more and more excited. The final image is directing you to "Stop by the open house today; we have financing options to help you go from tenant to homeowner." Should you go? Navigating the ins and outs of a real estate transaction are complicated. Real estate has a language of its own. Abbreviations, forms galore, and complicated legal language which must be understood and followed. All these are put in place to protect the consumer.  Buying a home is a process of elimination, not a process of selection. The internet is a good starting point, but your realtor has access to so much more. Most realtors will sp...
